Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 3-4 ripe bananas (brown in the outside is okay- but I prefer no brown on the inside)
- 1/2 cup salted butter (melted)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Grease a loaf pan (9×5) and preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Put the bananas in a bowl and use a fork to mash them up and mix in the 1/2 cup of melted butter.
- Add 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2/3 cup sugar, and 2 eggs and whisk.
- Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and fold it in.
- Pour the dough into the greased loaf pan and bake at 350 F for 60 minutes.
Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 2 cups White Lily Flour
- 1/4 cup of oil (I currently use Canola)
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2/3 cup of milk
Directions:
- Mix up the ingredients
- Flatten out the dough
- Cut out the biscuits
- Put them on the greased pan and pop them in the oven at 475 for about 8-10 minutes
